1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtyWorldAI ("the Service"), operated by RealtyWorldAI ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealtyWorldAI is an AI-powered platform that converts user-uploaded property photos into cinematic drone-style videos. Users submit images, select a style, and receive a generated video output for use in real estate marketing.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload images of properties you do not own or have authorization to market
• Upload images containing people, faces, or copyrighted material you do not have rights to
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute generated videos as a standalone product

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly via our payment processor (Paddle). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credit packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable once credits are consumed.

6. Credit System

Each video generation consumes one credit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Free accounts receive one trial credit. Credits have no monetary value outside the Service and are not transferable.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image for video generation. Generated videos are licensed to you for commercial use in your real estate marketing activities.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos are generated using third-party AI models (Kling AI via PiAPI). Output quality depends on input image quality and AI model performance. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for AI-generated artifacts or imperfections.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use RealtyWorldAI, we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, authentication identifier (Google ID if you sign in with Google)
• Uploaded content: property images you submit for video generation
• Generated content: videos produced by the Service, stored in your history
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Paddle); we do not store credit card numbers
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with these processors strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• PiAPI / Kling AI — AI video generation (receives only the uploaded image, not your account data)
• Shotstack — video post-processing
• Paddle — payment processing (receives email and billing data)
• Replit — application hosting

4. Data Storage & Security

Uploaded images and generated videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase). We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Refund Policy

We stand behind RealtyWorldAI. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@realtyworldai.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of purchase
• A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Eligibility

The 7-day refund policy applies to:

• First-time purchases of Pro and Premium subscriptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
• Credit packs (one-time purchases) once any credits from the pack have been consumed
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 7-day window.

Failed Generations

If a video generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, the credit is automatically refunded to your account. If you believe a credit was wrongly consumed, contact support@realtyworldai.com and we'll review.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first — we'll resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
